My expensive Cadillac ride (in the US) or Gen2 (in Malaysia). Mommy says it's so expensive-lah the travel system for a baby.

It was Raining Babies
Mommy and Daddy had a baby shower party last weekend. I think it was a party in the honour of me. Everyone was talking about me. Made me feel important. I also received a lot of gifts, crib, stroller and car seat all in one day. I was so excited to receive so many things. Thanks to everyone for the gifts. I'll make sure Mommy gets the thank you cards out as soon as possible.
I think Mommy and Daddy were a little overwhelmed by the amount of gifts and baby stuff in the house. Mommy was like so stressed out. Too many baby stuff!!!! No baby! Daddy got worried and told me to hang on there. It wasn't time yet. I still had a few more weeks to go.
My crib looks pretty cool. Mommy has promised to take pictures for me. Mommy and Daddy have decided that I was going to sleep in the same room as them. I'm excited to be with them. I hope to sometimes sleep in their new bed.
There isn't much to say this time. I'm so excited to meet everyone. Mommy says a few more weeks. Mommy's Mommy and Daddy will be here in less than a month. I'm excited to meet them.
Pictures will be posted as soon as Mommy gets around to downloading the pictures into the computer :)

The week that was
Last weekend was a rough one for everyone. There was snow on the ground in April. Daddy said it was freak weather. April is supposed to be spring. Pretty flower blooming everywhere.
Mommy and Daddy had to attend an 8-hour crash course on childbirth. It was a very interesting day for me. There was a lot of new information for me to learn. It was also very entertaining. Mommy was a little uncomfortable though I think. 8 hours is a very long time for her to sit still and listen. There were a few exercises to help the pregnancy go easier. They also had another tour of the maternity ward. This time the instructor was showing different type of techniques to make the whole experience easier and memorable.
Mommy was exhausted by the time whole class was over. She still wanted to go to the temple though. I don't know why. Daddy said it was the Tamil New Year. Daddy said Mommy would explain to me here pretty soon.
Lately, there hasn't been much space in Mommy. I seem to be getting my leg / feet stuck in her rib cage. She's always complaining about the pain. I'm trying really hard not to hurt Mommy. I'm sorry. Everything is also much clearer now. I can recognize all of Mommy's organs.
Mommy has been also having a lot of tired / sleepless nights because of this I think. On Sunday, Mommy and Daddy went out and bought a brand new bed for themselves. I thought I was the one getting the new crib. Mommy was very very excited about getting one. Mommy said it was time anyway as Mommy's parents were coming and they really didn't have a bed to sleep in. Hence the new bed. It's pretty cool. It so huge that the 3 of us can sleep without running into each other!!!
I wonder when my new crib will arrive??? I hope Mommy will let me post pictures of it on the blog.

Buzz Month - April
April started out with a bang I think (No... No.. it's wasn't like a bomb blast of anything like on tv). It started with Mommy taking me to my first ever concert on April 1st. Loads of colorful lights. The music was really good.
Earlier that Sunday, Mommy attended a baby shower for a family member. I think she was having a baby girl and is about 3 weeks ahead of me. So I think she'll be born before me :) It was all girlie girl. Everything was pink. Mommy says pink is not for little boys. She's doesn't like pink. I was a little worried there.
Then Mommy rushed back so she could get back on time for the concert. The singer's name was Hariharan. He sang a lot different tunes. Some were good. Some wasn't exactly my taste. I made sure Mommy knew my preferences. I moved to some tunes and some I just got bored. I think Mommy had fun learning my preferences.
Mommy and Daddy did the pre-admission visit to the hospital. They were signing a lot of papers. Mommy said they were doing all the paperwork now so when I'm ready to meet the rest of the world there won't be signing this and signing that to worry about. Mommy and Daddy also got to see the maternity rooms where I will be born. They were quite impressed. Daddy said it looks better then a hotel room. Each room has a pull out bed just in case someone wanted to spend the night.
Then, Mommy and Daddy headed out for the routine ob/gyn visit. Doc made sure I was still there :). Mommy tried asking doc where exactly I was because her rib-cage was hurting really bad. Doc tried really hard and (hehehehe) I think I hid pretty well because he couldn't tell my exact position. He guessed that I was heads down and it was my "rectal" which was hurting Mommy's rib-cage.
Doc said I was again right on schedule. Nothing to worry about. Mommy was very happy to hear that. Now, doc wants to see Mommy and me every two weeks. It's almost time I think but not exactly there yet. I still have a few more weeks to go.
Mommy and Daddy have to "breathing" classes to attend on April 14th, the co-ed baby shower the following weekend. It's going to be a busy busy April month for Mommy and me.
Pictures will be posted here hopefully really soon.
